Jonathan Winter

Jonathan Winter has a remarkable pedigree in Platinum, Gold and Silver design, and creation. 

The Winter family name has been in the trade as far back as the late 50’s and is well known for making complicated highly sought after luxury precious metal products.

Jon is a Master Gold and Silversmith, in 1993 he was made Freeman of the Goldsmiths Company and Freeman of the City of London.

While training he worked as a crown Jeweller out-worker, and at the age of just 18, was entrusted to craft the prestigious Brit Awards for that year.

In 2001 Jon was awarded 1st place in the Senior Model-makers finished pieces category in the London Craftsmanship Awards. Jon was awarded a special Craft Council Award for outstanding excellence after entering 1 of 3 SF3 Stewart Ford Formula 1 cars commissioned by British Silverware (promotional permission granted)

Jon regularly accepts commissions that are destined for many members of the British Royal Family, Arabic Kings and Sultans, the Malaysian Royal family as well as various Formula 1 team owners.

Jonathan’s reputation for design and excellence of manufacture has lead to him securing commission’s for leading London Jewellers & designers and a score of lucrative international clients.

From the simplest of drawings of the most nebulous of concepts Jonathan continually proves adept at creating breathtaking beautiful works of art. His attention to detail is second to none.​

Jon's passion is for crafting scale models in perfect detail using only Platinum, Gold and Silver.
